Q. I have a domain name already, can you still use it?
A. Yes this is not a problem, we can still use it in most cases.

Q. I have a website already and need a redesign can you help?
A. Yes we would redesign your existing site - contact us for a quote.

Q. Will I need to visit you to discuss a design?
A. No all our correspondence is done via email or telephone.

Q. How long does the process take?
A. This is mainly determined by the client, we will endeavour to meet your deadline as soon as possible.

Q. Is a Domain Name registered in my name?
A. Yes we register the domain in your name but we are the contact for technical and billing issues so you don't have to worry about the maintenance of the domain.

Q. Do you supply text and images?
A. No you as the client must supply all text and images required as you know your business better than we do, however we can supply royalty free images from as little as £3 each.

Q. Will y site be optimised and submitted to search engines?
A. Yes we do this as part of any design we do.

Q. How do I pay for my website?
A. We accept cheques, credit cards and Paypal. We ask for a 50% deposit at the start of the project and the balance when completed.

Q. How much are your hosting fees for my site after the first year?
A. We charge £5 per month (charged yearly) for standard web hosting.

Q. After my website is done what support do you offer?
A. If you site is hosted with us we will carry out minor changes to your site FREE OF CHARGE, for bigger changes we charge £25.00 per hour.

Q. If I recommend a friend is there anything in it for me?
A. We pay £10 for any recommendation that turns into a new client.
